An automated sleeve labeling machine is an automated device designed to precisely apply shrink labels (such as PVC, PETG, or OPS materials) at high speeds onto various bottles, cans, or containers. It is widely used in industries including food and beverage, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and agrochemicals to enhance packaging efficiency and ensure consistent product appearance. The labeling machine employs a servo motor-controlled cutting system to slice pre-rolled label material. Each label is then precisely applied to the exterior of the bottle. Subsequently, the labels undergo heat shrinkage in a heat shrink tunnel or steam shrink equipment, causing them to tightly adhere to the bottle surface.
