1.Multifunctional combination design
The packaging machine consists of two parts: the turntable of the bag feeder and the turntable of the vacuum machine.The turntable of the bag feeding machine adopts intermittent operation, and the turntable of the vacuum machine adopts continuous operation, which can fully automatically complete the vacuum packaging process of the product.

4.Prefabricated bag packaging
Prefabricated bags are used for packaging, and the whole process of bag delivery, coding, bag opening, filling, vacuum pumping, heat sealing and unloading is automatically completed to ensure the quality of the finished packaging.
5.Three-stage vacuum exhaust
Through the three-stage vacuum exhaust method, the air bubbles in the packaging bag and the material are gradually removed to achieve a preset vacuum state to ensure the packaging effect.
6.Adjustable bag width design
Equipped with a bag width adjustment handwheel device, the distance between the left and right machine clips of the bag feeding turntable can be adjusted to meet the needs of different sizes of packaging bags.
7.Automatic fault detection and alarm function
The automatic detection system monitors the normal working status of compressed air pressure, vacuum degree and other parameters. In the event of a failure, the packaging machine will automatically stop and issue an alarm signal.
8.Automatic protection when there is no bag or the mouth of the bag is not opened
If the packaging machine detects that there is no packaging bag or the mouth of the bag is not fully opened, the system will skip the feeding station to avoid no material entering the vacuum chamber for packaging.
9.Rapid heating, sealing and water cooling system
The sealing adopts instant heating and rapid water cooling to ensure that the sealing of the packaging bag is flat, beautiful and strong.
10.Widely applicable packaging range
It is suitable for packaging of a variety of different materials, such as corn, chicken feet, chicken legs, instant cooked food, etc.Users only need to select the corresponding feeding device according to different materials.
